HQH RETREAT INFORMATION & EXPECTATIONS

HELLO EVERYONE! It’s that time to sign up for the HQH Annual Retreat, scheduled for Wednesday, January 25th to Sunday, January 29th at the St. Mary’s Retreat and Conference Center in Sewanee, TN.  ARRIVAL TIME IS NO EARLIER THAN 1:00 PM, WED. JANUARY 25TH.

Signups start at the October 20th guild meeting at 6:30 pm.  Spaces are limited and go fast! Reservations are on a first come, first PAID basis only! Remember you must be a guild member to participate in the retreat!

EXPECTATIONS;

1. Please have the Registration form completed and ready to turn in. Download button below.

2. Remit total payment with registration form. Please note that there are several options available to make full payment: Cash, Check, PayPal, and Venmo. For your convenience, there will be QR codes at the signup table for payment via PayPal and Venmo. There is a convenience fee to use the QR codes. The convenience fee is calculated by [(base amount) x 1.9%] +$0.10. Download registration form to see the list of fees.

3. Retreat Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made greater than 30 days prior to 24 Jan 2023 will be fully refunded. If cancellation is made 30 days or less there will be NO REFUND. No substitutions will be accepted as people on the wait list have first priority.
